SALESPERSON
The following is a list, though not expansive, of the types of misconduct which will lead to disciplinary action:
Misconduct in attending to customer such as use of bad or foul language, offensive behavior, refusal to obey instruction, failure to comply with Cube Sprout procedures.
Late for work
Carelessly or negligently damage the property of Cube Sprout.
Failure to report any lost, being late, unable to turn up for the work.
No visitor should be allowing more than 30 minutes loitering in the shop.
No visitor should be in the office room and beyond the counter even family.
Counter and office are only ALLOW for staff only.
Never disclose any Cube Sprout details such as sales, rental, wages, etc.
Never steal commission
Never bring home any shop products, merchant product home
Never use personal phone to contact any related to Cube Sprout business.
Never disclose your information such as personal contact number, pay per hour to anyone as this is strictly against Cube Sprout policy. Once found, salesperson would take the risk of getting fired.
As a salesperson must always have the responsibility and initiative on work.
Do well in your parts of work that are assigned.
Always make sure that all stock is in well condition to sell.
Make sure money is always correct, lost of money, salesperson would have to bear the responsible and pay of the amount lost. (Depend on the frequent and amount)
Make sure all items are sold correctly and if is sold wrong, salesperson would have to bear the responsible and pay of the amount lost. (Depend on the frequent and amount)
Never off the light during operation hours even if you are off to break.
Full Shift (10am to 10pm)
60 minutes break into 2 times of 30 minutes each instead 60mins
No break time before 1pm and after 7pm
Half Shift (10am to 4pm, 4pm to 10pm)
30 minutes break
10am to 4pm, no break before 1pm and after 3pm
4pm to 10pm, no break before 7pm and after 5pm
