Once the schedule is out before the following months, you can inform main in-charge immediately that you will not be able to work as schedule to prevent last minutes changes.

You can request to main in-charge for more days to work, subject to availability.

Once you feel that you are not feeling well, please inform the main in-charge and partner 3 days in advance and let your main in-charge to standby another staff to replace you.

Find another staff that can work and work before in the outlet to replace you. Inform main in-charge that you will not be able to work and who will be replacing you on that day. The staff who replace please inform the main in-charge as well, otherwise the time sheet will not be record if either one did not inform.

Inform main in-charge in advance and go to work as per normal till you able to get on the in-charges to come and take over.

Inform all shop outlet in-charges to contact the main in-charges on your behalf

Partner is like your school buddy, is also a bond of relationship in works. Partner will lookout for each other and inform to the main in-charge when your partner cannot commit to work
