INTRODUCTION
Cube Sprout is a box concept shop that rent out cube to start up entrepreneur to sell interesting products in Cube Sprout and our part is to guide them how to start up with us and how can we do sales for them.
In Cube Sprout, we will have to face with 3 different level of people as below:
Merchant
Customer
Management
Merchant
Merchant is our main revenue as Cube Sprout earn from merchant rental and salesperson will earn 1% commission from merchant sales.
Cube Sprout Role
To guide merchant the correct location to display, pricing to sell, and display product
Salesperson Role
To make more sales for merchants in order for merchant to commit longer and the more commission salesperson can earn as well. Also, to solve merchant problem whenever come to customer complaint.
2. Customer
Customer is not always right, but customer is important to us as customer is our merchant revenue. Salesperson should do the best to provide the product knowledge and service to them.
Salesperson Role
Salesperson should handle customer well and not leave bad feedback, complain and alert merchant. Rule is dead and Human is alive, so have to be flexible when come to any situation.
3 . Management
Management is the mall that rent the unit to us.
Cube Sprout Role
Always lias with the management of any on-going event
Salesperson Role
Assist Cube Sprout and inform the team of any update.
Always maintain cleanliness, tidiness of each cube and every area of the shop.
Always greet Customer politely.
Always keep a distance if customer to not need help
Always say thank you and hope to see you again even if they don’t buy.
Daily housekeeping, whoever is on duty.
Report to the in charge which ever stock is running low or the shop plastic or paper roller in advance like 1 to 2 week.
Any loss or break in, report to the police and in charge immediately.
Always try to hit Sales Target
